CRAWFORD COUNTY TREATMENT COURT

Where Justice and Recovery Come Together

WHO WE ARE

The Crawford County Treatment Court enhances public safety, preserves families, and improves the quality of life for all residents. By providing cost effective, individualized and comprehensive treatment and rehabilitative services, delivered in a dignified environment, Treatment Court enhances participants’ ability to break the cycle of addiction.

Crawford County Treatment Court is a treatment-based alternative to jail, prison, and the standard probation model. The justice system works cooperatively with treatment agencies and other rehabilitation services to provide a participant with all the possible tools required to get into recovery, stay in recovery, and lead a productive, crime-free life.

Support and Supervision

The Crawford County Treatment Court is a court that is specifically designated, trained, and staffed to manage cases involving drug and alcohol offenders through an intensive, judicially supervised program of drug and alcohol treatment, rehabilitation services, and strict community supervision.

One Step at a Time

Crawford County Treatment Court is designed to help clients with addiction problems transition into a sober and productive lifestyle.  Our program is broken down into five phases, each with its own unique set of goals and objectives.

Helping The Community

We are committed to making a difference, not only in the lives of our clients, but within our community.  Community Service is an important part of the Crawford County Treatment Court, and is accomplished in a variety of ways.  Community service can be assigned as a sanction by the court, but that's not the only way we are making a difference.  Each client is required to complete one community service project before graduating from the program.  We also perform one act of community service each month as a group.

High Fives

"Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much."
